Where are we now ?

Sorry to all of you that read our web page as we have been tardy in keeping it up to date recently. This is probably because not much exciting has been happening in the last few months.
In late March we returned to Aust. for what was going to be a few weeks; to work on the house and catch up with friends. We even had our tickets booked to return on the 28th May ! However, in typical fashion a spanner was thrown in the works and although we did return to the boat on the 28th it was only for 10 days. During that time we generally checked her over, resealed 3 windows and put together a new dinghy cover. All was well and just the same as we had left her. We are now back in Oz until the 28th August while Martin paints the house inside and out ( ready for commercial renting, as opposed to our daughter renting it ) and Sue works on in the IT field trying to get some more cruising money together ! The only slight problem is that the house is in Brisbane and all of the IT work ( that pays best rates anyway ) is in Melbourne. Consequently she is racking up alot of air miles at the moment.
The good news is that our plans for the next cruising season are coming together nicely. First of all we will get our new teak and ash floor laid in Thailand and then probably treat MW to a new main. We then plan to cruise down to Singapore, across to Indonesia's Lingga group of islands, up the east coast of Malaysia, over to Malaysian Borneo and then a quick flick over to the Philippenes. After that... who knows. Should be about 9 mths cruising. It will be good to get back out on the water again, I am sick of sanding and painting !
We promise to update before then should anything exciting happen !!
